Job Description :
* Should have excellent communication skills
* Involves handling inbound Calls and resolving customer queries.
Involves updating customers on latest information on a product or
service.
* Should be comfortable work in all Shifts .
* Patient and should have ability to handle any kind of customer queries.
* Job primarily involves interacting with US (Night Shift)
Education Qualification: Minimum of 12 years of completed education.
Any Graduate /Persuing Graduation / Diploma.
Candidates with relevant experience in a voice based International or
domestic Call centre will be at an advantage.
Involves working in all shifts.
Ability to multi-task and comfortable working on computers
General awareness and fundamental mathematical abilities
NOTE: Position open only for candidates willing to work in Chennai.
Company will provide pick up OR drop facility (depending on shift
timings) for employees working in night
Walkin Interview on 29, 30 May'08 between 4.0 PM to 8.30 PM
Freshers can also walk-in directly for interview
