Responsibilities:
Candidate shall be required to process service transactions as per requirements.
Candidate shall be required to interact with clients on a
daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Candidate shall be required to generate and maintain reports.
Candidate shall be required to suggest improvements /BPI'S for the sub
process or for the entire process.
Shift Timings: 7:30 pm to 4:30 am
Job Location: Ghatkopar
Desired Profile:
Fresher with good communication skills,
Working knowledge of Ms-Excel,
Willing to work in back office in night shifts.
