Must be good at speaking in English
Giving assistance to the Customers
Handling Product related calls and providing online solution to customers
Attending the calls related to Recharges and Transactions of customers.
Attending to Billing Queries and Complaints.
Receiving calls from the Customers.
Interacting to the customers.
Receiving queries from the customers.
By solving queries and providing service, to satisfy the customers.
Desired Profile:
Should have excellent communication skills.
Must be a Graduate/Under Graduate/Diploma. (B.Tech's are not eligible)
Should have basic knowledge of computers.
Day Shift (Flexible for night shift also).
If you are interested to work as a Customer Service Executive (Voice
Based), Walk-in on 31st May, 08 and 1st June, 08 between 10 AM to 5
PM.
