Apply Details:
1. Applications should be on foolscap paper neatly typed or
hand-written in CAPITAL LETTERS and in the prescribed format only.
2. Super scribe GIC AM and 'SC/ ST/ OBC/ GEN/ PH/ ECO/ SSRCO'
(whatever of this is applicable) at the left hand upper corner of the
envelope.
3. Attach Crossed Bank Draft/ Pay Order for Rs. 300/- purchased from
any Branch of the Nationalised Bank payable at Mumbai drawn in favour
of ' General Insurance Corporation Of India'. Applicant should write
their name and address on the reverse of the Crossed Bank Draft.
Applicant should keep a photocopy of completely filled application
form before sending.
4. Enclose attested copies of the (a) Caste Certificate (b) Disability
Certificate wherever applicable (c) Ex-servicemen Release Order
wherever applicable (d) Evidence of Domicile for the period from
1.1.1980 to 15.8.1985 in the case of Assam State Residents (for age
relaxation purpose).
5. Completed application form together with the enclosures by Ordinary
Post, should reach Post Box No.9722, Borivli (E), Mumbai 400066 on or
before 07.06.2008 and for applicants from far flung areas on or before
10.06.2008 (North-East States & Kashmir). Applications received after
the last date and through any other mode (registered, speed post,
courier, by hand) will not be entertained.
